Renewed Vibrance Counseling

Online counseling serving all of Texas to renew the color and vibrancy in your life.

My Philosophy

I approach counseling with warmth and openness to provide a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions. I use a Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach to improve emotion regulation, tolerating distress, interpersonal skills, and mindfulness practice. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can AND they can learn to do better and strive for more. I am here to help you learn the skills and find the tools you need to find emotional freedom and peace in your life. Ultimately, I want to help you build a life worth living and learn to live in it fully!
