Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Individual therapy offers a private, judgment-free space where you can explore what's weighing on you, understand yourself more deeply, and build the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to uncover what's beneath the surface and create meaningful change. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you because no two stories are the same.

Individual therapy can help you:

  • Manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Move through depression and reconnect with what matters

  • Heal from past trauma and painful experiences

  • Improve relationships and communication

  • Build self-worth, boundaries, and confidence

  • Navigate major life changes with steadiness

  • Rediscover your sense of purpose and direction

Teen Therapy (Ages 13–17)

Being a teenager today isn't easy. Between academic pressure, social media, shifting friendships, family dynamics, identity questions, and big feelings that can be hard to name, it's completely normal for teens to feel anxious, sad, angry, or lost even when everything looks "fine" on the outside.

Teen therapy provides a safe, confidential place where your teen can be truly heard without judgment or lectures. We meet teens where they are, build genuine trust at their pace, and help them develop practical skills for managing emotions, handling stress, and building healthy relationships with themselves and others.

We support teens navigating:

  • Anxiety, panic, and school-related stress

  • Depression, low mood, and isolation

  • Self-esteem and body image concerns

  • Social struggles, bullying, and friendship challenges

  • Family conflict and communication breakdowns

  • Grief, loss, and major life changes

  • Emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Anger management
