I offer a free 15-minute virtual meeting to see if we are a good fit and to answer any questions you may have about me or therapeutic process.

Individual Sessions - 50 minutes
$125

I offer individual counseling sessions for teens (13+) and adults. These sessions are fully virtual.

Limited sliding scale spots are available based on need.

*I am unable to accept insurance at this time due to being an associate therapist.
